A boring afternoon....

It's Thursday, a very hot Thursday.

There are notes waiting for me to study and yet, I was facebooking and chatting with Nick.

I wonder if it was the weather or the Raya break that made us so lazy. Basically, our minds had stopped functioning.

I caught Nick turning on the songs from his mobile phone and just starring at the ceiling for like more than 10 minutes. =.=

Then something stiked my mind. Let's do cam whoring!

Nick immediately went upstair to take his camera.

And we really did make efforts for it.

It has only been a few months since I last stepped in Kluang.

Yet, there are so many changes.

It's not about the buildings or the surroundings,

it's the friendship that we used to have.

Life is much more simplier back then.

I never knew that a stressful life can lead to such a horrible ending.

How can one be able to think so much?

To be bothered so much about every single thing in her life.

When will she really wake up?

How could she do this to a friend who cared for her so much?

Is she really having a nervous breakdown or is she just trying to get his attention?

Concertsssssssssssss

I've bought tickets to Rihanna's concert way back in.. I can't even remember when!

It has been postponed and according to the Pineapple Concert Sdn Bhd, they couldn't contact the organizer of the concert and so, they will be giving out refunds.

Nick had already gave Pineapple his details and bank account number. Yet, they haven't deposit a single cent into his account. Scam!!!

So there goes my Rihanna's concert. I don't think I will ever have the chance to see her perform.

Anyway, Black Eyed Peas will be coming to Malaysia!!!!!!! I've been waiting for them for years!

And this time, I'm officially going to their concert!

So Sharon, Syok Hua and I went to buy the tickets the other day.

October 10th, just 3 days after my BIRTHDAY (a hem ahem...),

there will be another concert. Guess who?

The All American Rejects!!!!


It's organized by Digi and we had to get one Digi number, subscribed to Unlimited music (some promo of theirs), and Mualla! You got yourself an All American Rejects concert ticket!

How easy???

We spent around RM20 to get the tickets. RM20!!!!

But then, that means there will be a lot of "Rempits" are going as well.

Those who thinks that by making a circle, jumping and bumping into each other or people real hard like noone's business is fun and cool, will be going as well!!

Oh no! Hell NOOOO!!!


I really wish they will vanish or disappear or maybe just evaporated from the concert or even Malaysia!

But I will never let them ruin my day when I get to meet Tyson. =)



Arh~ How charming!

Beyonce is coming too and her concert will be held in the National Stadium, Bukit Jalil on October 25th.

But her tickets are so freakin' expensive! RM538 to RM98.

I want to go. But I don't think I have that much left in my pocket..

But if I don't go, then I will hear her singing from my room in Vista. And that I consider as a suffering. Hahaha..

So, I will start saving money from today onwards. And made all my friends to save too. Then we can go to her concert together! =D

Merdeka Dinner

I was so surprised when Ah Jo said that Dad made "Siew Yok" for dinner.

I knew that he was preparing one of the dishes that he learnt through the recipe online and I thought it was "Char Siew" as it is much easier to be prepared.

Dad prepared the Siew Yok exspecially for me before I go back to IMU and my hectic life =.=

This Merdeka weekend was a great weekend!

First, I got to spend time with my grandma in Subang. :)

Second, I get to see my Dad, Mom and Ah Jo! :)

Third, I get to have a heart to heart chat with Fui Ting and Chia Teck :)

Forth, I get to shopping :)

Fifth, I get to change a new mobile number! Woo! :)

And most of all,

I get to chit chat non-stop with Ah Jo and to "fa hao" together with her. :)

I have to go back to IMU now and I really don't want to!


It's so nice to be home and to be with you loved ones.

Convocation 2009

Convocation Day was held on 19th of August. It was a happy day not only for those who are graduating but also those who got to have more sleep and wake up extra late that day since all lectures were canceled for half a day. :)

Jason, Sharon, Bel and I volunteered in helping out in the temperature screening of people entering the building (including the those attending the convocation, lecturers, students, kakak from the cafeteria, security guards, chefs and waiters who came for the catering service).

We had to gather in atrium at 7am that morning. I can't even wake up for my 8am lectures, how on earth was I going to be able to wake up for that meeting? I set my alarm at 6am and ya, as I expected, I was so sound asleep that I did not hear a single thing.

Then Sharon called. And it was already 6.35am. And she had already called for 4 times. =.= swt..

So still, I managed to get to IMU in time. Thanks sharon!

By the time I reached IMU, the atrium was already decorated with flowers and teddy bears. Not decorating actually. These are all done by the florist who wanted to earn some money from the rich parents.

Bouquets of flower were arranged along the stage. They were so nice! I felt like buying one for myself that morning! Just so irresistible! I hope one day I will receive one for my own! :)

So when all of us arrived and were briefed by the lecturer and Sisters, we set off, doing our noble jobs~~ Woo~

We were divided into groups of 2 and each group was given an infra-red thermometer and a stack of stickers with "I have no fever " written on them.

Then one of the nursing students told me that Tun Dr. Mahathir will be coming later. I was like what?!?!?!? Why is he coming to IMU again?

Even the kakaks from the cafeteria came up just to see him. But too bad he was not here yet and they had to go back down and work. So sad....

There were like hundreds of guests who came that day and we were really busy scanning their body temperatures.

There were some guests who didn't really cooperate. And I was so hurt by that. :(


There was this lady, when I told her that I want to scan for her body temperature and she was like "Oh No No NO NOOOOOOOOOOOO.." She was so frightened and made me think as if I look very scary or I have the "I WILL KILL YOU" look. Depressed. :/

Then all of a sudden,

We had to work from 7.30am until 9.30am. And we were really exhausted then.

There were no guests arriving anymore. All we could do is wait and wait and wait........

Then we started to snap photos! How professional we were eh?

There was a buffet catered by Sheraton Hotel but it was only for the guests attending the convocation, this was what we were told of. Sheraton wei! But too bad, we were not included for the free lunch.

But then I met Jun Ming in the library during lunch hour. He looked so freakin satisfied and happy.

Jun Ming :"Wow, I just had my lunch at the entrance of IMU. Free buffet ler!! So nice! Ar! So satisfied~"

Fang Yi was in the library as well and when he heard this, he rushed out of the library within seconds. Hahaha.. Hungrynya....

When You Ming came I share with him the news and he was like super excited! He insisted in going down to have a try on the food. And It was already 1.30pm and we had CAL session at 2pm.

I followed him down and along the way he said,

"Hey, the food catered should be of higher class right? Then must we converse in English later?"

I was like laughing all the way.. And I couldn't really answer his question.

And we finally reached the entrance, he really started speaking in English!

"Oh Shiau Mei, are these the food?"

"Where are the plates? and the spoons and forks?"

"Oh.. Nice food.. Oh cakes.. "

Hahhahaha.. I was still laughing when I reached there.

Then I saw Fang Yi, look at the smile on his face.

Everyone was soooooooooooo HAPPY to have free nice food!

We wanted to try the chicken pie but then we noticed that there were only 3 left in the tray.

Screw P1 W1max

I had applied P1 last month. They are really cunning I should say. First, they give you good connection during the 7 days trial and you will be so satisfied with their service.

After the trial period has expired, the connection signal will be in red, means that you have really slow connection and you couldn't even browse any websites!

You will then call their office, and they will ask you to switch the position of the modem again and again.

In the end, you're so fed up with the lousy connection and you will make up your mind to terminate the service.

And so, you need to go to their HQ personally in order to do that. Even the promoter who promoted this package to you will not do that.

When you reach their office, you tell them your problem.

"I couldn't connect to the internet right after the 7 days trial. Can you please tell me why? "

Person in charged : "Oh.. Funny ar.. I also don't know why."

Frrruuuucckkk you lar!

Then you will them that you want to terminate the service and to have the RM100 registration fees back.

Then they will say: "You should have come back earlier or within the 7 days trial period. Now you're trial period is already expired. We can't return the money to you."

Fruck!

And after you have terminated the service, you don't have to pay for you modem or other charges. But after a few weeks, you may receive a strange bill from them,

Saying that you owe them RM1k??????

MTV worldstage

I'm so desperate in getting the tickets to the MTV worldstage which is going to be held in Sunway Lagoon Resort on August 15th!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone of us thought that we could get the tickets easily through Xpax. On july 31st, there were 700 plus tickets left. Sharon and I was like... Ok lar.. So many left..

But TOday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 30 tickets are left!!!! Today it's only 3 of August!!! AAAARRR!!!!
