Screw P1 W1max

I had applied P1 last month. They are really cunning I should say. First, they give you good connection during the 7 days trial and you will be so satisfied with their service.

After the trial period has expired, the connection signal will be in red, means that you have really slow connection and you couldn't even browse any websites!

You will then call their office, and they will ask you to switch the position of the modem again and again.

In the end, you're so fed up with the lousy connection and you will make up your mind to terminate the service.

And so, you need to go to their HQ personally in order to do that. Even the promoter who promoted this package to you will not do that.

When you reach their office, you tell them your problem.

"I couldn't connect to the internet right after the 7 days trial. Can you please tell me why? "

Person in charged : "Oh.. Funny ar.. I also don't know why."

Frrruuuucckkk you lar!

Then you will them that you want to terminate the service and to have the RM100 registration fees back.

Then they will say: "You should have come back earlier or within the 7 days trial period. Now you're trial period is already expired. We can't return the money to you."

Fruck!

And after you have terminated the service, you don't have to pay for you modem or other charges. But after a few weeks, you may receive a strange bill from them,

Saying that you owe them RM1k??????

Did u read the terms and conditions properly before signing any contract?

did you sign any contract?

were you still using their service after the 7 day trial?

Please ask them why they charge so much??

you must make sure that email is from legetimate P1..what i scare is that one is a phishing email..

Ah Jo, I don't think that the terms and conditions will include a RM1k bill? I haven't call them yet though.

Facing the same problem here.
My signal reception was great for like 7 months back. Now it's getting on my nerve. Blinking red the whole time. Barely could get it connected to Internet.

By the way..yeah..you have to pay RM999 if u terminate the contract before the ending of 2 years agreement.

But if ur dissatisfied, u could always file a report. I'm planning to do that. I've been told by their operators that there is this issue..congestion la.. and which part of that is MY problem? One more is the placement of the modem. It's been ok for 7 months back but now have to switch places pulak..hmm~~

I'll wait for another week. See if it gets better. And if it's still the same, I'll lodge the report.
