The MTV World Stage Road Show was held in Sunway Pyramid Mall on Saturday, from 12noon to 6pm. I was dying to go there to try my luck on winning the tickets!!!!
Ah Jo was kind and sweet enough to promise me to to take me there! Woo Woo!!!
Mom followed too. =)
And of course, my hainan partner tailed along too! =)
We reached Sunway Pyramid at around 11am.
They were still setting up the tiny little stage for the road show.

There was also an Celcom Xpax booth over there.
There was no crowd at all!
But as soon as it was around 11.40pm, the crowd started to come in.
And the used-to-be empty Xpax booth was almost crowded with tones of new prepaid users trying to get a new number for themselves. Why?
Xpax came out with this super great deal: Reload RM30 and you will get a MTV World Stage ticket or reload RM50 and you get 2 MTV World Stage tickets! How great is that!!!
Jason and I were like WHAT????? That means it’s RM25 per ticket???? We were so excited and happy and we quickly tooko out our mobile phones and called Bel and Sharon to see if they are OK with the deals.
We quickly RAN to the ATM machines downstairs and withdraw RM200 and RAN back up again. We were so scared that the tickets will be finished!
We quickly gave our IC to the Xpac guy and asked him to randomly choose two Xpac numbers for us.
We wanted the tickets only!!!

It felt so great when our names were called finally. It’s like going to a clinic and waiting for the nurse to call your name.

We were so proud of our job! Woo!!!!
We then made our way to book a nice place in front of the stage, waiting anxiously for Utt to appear and of course, to try to win more tickets!!!!

We waited for more than an hour before the event actually started (from 12noon to 1.15pm). Divas in the world. Ish.
Utt suddenly appeared behind us. I quickly ran to the back with Jason to take a photo with him but the guy beside him stopped us from doing so. He said that he needs to start the show first. WTF.
Utt eventually made his way to the stage.

The event was officially started with performance by Bitter Sweet, a local band. Their music was not bad.
Jason said that this guy has a BIG DICK. His pants was quite tight and the EH HEM was quite obvious. Hahaha..

I caught Utt at the back of us again. This time, the guy stopped us from taking any photos AGAIN. ISH.

He was later joined by Hafiz, one of my favourite Fly FM DJ!! He actually posed for my camera! Haha. He is just SO ADORABLE!
They started giving out merchandises. The first was tickets to Sunway Lagoon theme park worth RM50. I DON’T WANT THEM! I WANT MTV WORLD STAGE TICKETssss!!!!

Audience picked by both Hafiz and Utt. Simple questions such as where is Sunway Pyramid located, were asked. And they didn’t really care if you got the answers correct or wrong, they will really give you OBVIOUS hints. Haha..
Then bluetooth earphones from Sony Ericsson worth RM120 were given and a very CHEAP Hong Leong Bank bags were also given out. I don’t need all those.
The crowd went wild when Hafiz and Utt announced that they were giving out Xpax cap, lanyard and VIP MTV Worldstage tickets.

Ah Jo and I were screaming like mad girls to try to draw the attention from Utt and hoping that he would choose either one of us. I screamed until I was nearly out of breath and started to feel a little dizzy. And yet, I WAS NOT CHOSEN. =.=
The really lucky ones. Grrrrhhh….
Then, the one that made us go NUTS and CRAZY, and SCREAM even wilder and louder………….
MTV World Stage T-shirts, posters and super close zone tickets!!!!!!!!!! I forgot if they were X zone or VIP tickets. I only remember screaming for them. =.=

Then, Utt, out of a sudden, came so closely to us!!!

He then went up to the stage again, and continued giving out MTV World Stage tickets and the T-shirts.

Those who were chosen needed to do a booty shaking in order to win the prizes.
First one to go, Mr. Star Wars (because he was wearing a Star Wars t-shirt). HE FAILED. Danced like Mr Bean. Get down from the stage and let me show you how it should be done! ISH!
Second to go, Sexy Hot Ah GUA. He/she was good!!!
The crowd was shouting and screaming all the time. Look the poster one of the fans made for Tokio Hotel! She used a toilet bowl and decorated it!!
I grabbed the opportunity to snap a photo together with Hafiz when the first tickets giving out session finished. =D
And the guy (in white shirt), he was still there stopping us from taking photos with Utt. DAMN!
Jason and I headed for lunch after that. Ah Jo and Mom went back home even before 2pm.
Jason, he was VERY HUNGRY.
The second session was going to start at 4pm. We went back to the ground floor before 3.30pm..
and there were already people waiting there. Kiasu.
And both of us were Kiasu too!!!! Hahhahaa…
Jason and I prayed really hard to GOD, asking HIM to give us a chance to win the super hot tickets during the second session.
The second session started with the performance by some Sunway Lagoon Tribe. Hafiz said that they were here to entertain us.
We were NOT entertained at all. =.=
Utt came back to the stage after that..
and introduced the next performer, Golden Dragon which was some Indonesian band that won a Band Competition just the day before of the road show.
The reminded me of Wu Bai.
And this was one of the lead singer, whom Jason adored.
Their songs were… erm…. No comments. =.=
After 4 songs, the second session was finally started. Woohoo!

This time the crowd was more hyper-active, maybe it was because everyone had their lunch already?
The crowd, raising their hands as high as possible when Hafiz and Utt wanted to choose the lucky fans from the audience.

And again, I failed and so was Jason. DAMN.
Meet and Greet passes were also given out for Tokio Hotel, Katy Perry and Wonder Girls.
The fans were asked to answer some very tough questions like name all the members from Wonder Girls or Tokio Hotel, to sing the chorus and to dance in order to prove you are a real fan of them.
I of course, would not win if I was on the stage because I seriously do not know how to sing any of the songs. Hhahahaa. I love all of them and I know part of the songs..
I am having a sore throat now due to too much screaming and shouting AND I STILL FAILED TO WIN THE PASSES. ARH!!!
But look at the bright side, we still have the tickets! Hahaha…
And the best thing was, we had X-ZONE tickets!!! I didn’t know about it until the end of the day!!! Do you all know where is X-ZONE???
