World Cup Semi-finals (Germany Vs. Spain)

The World Cup fever is all around us!!! Sad to say, for the whole season of it, I only managed to watched 3 matches, South Korea Vs ( I forgot), Germany vs England (which was when I fell in love with the Germany Team deeply ^_^) and Germany vs Spain.

I was really rooting for Germany and I really couldn’t miss any chance to see them play. A few of us decided to stay up that night just to support them. The match was at 2.30am and we still had class next morning at 10.30am. Haha, but who cares? It’s world cup semi-finals!!!

We even prepared supper minutes before the match at Sharon’s place.

“Sang Min”, cooked by our very own chef, Le fei~

It was super tasty!!! Thanks LeFei!

We ate the noodles as fast as we could as it was already 2.30am. We then RAN to Eng Chun’s house to watch the match.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

YES, we RAN from B Tower to Block B1.

We were so worried that the teams would strike a goal while we were on the way to Eng Chun’s house.

You Ming, directing us to Block B1.

Jason, dashing his way through the stairs.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

It was so tiring and all of were panting when we reached the lift. I felt like throwing up after that, the noodles plus the running? I needed a break!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Eng Chun, looking all daddy-like when we reached his unit.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

10 of us cramped into the living room and watched the match. EXCITED for our Germany!!!!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

You Ming grabbed a spot right in front of the TV.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Sharon and Kelly. Sharon looked all so excited!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Jason, feeling the GERMANY-ness!!! ROAR!!!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Kit Guan was the only one who supported Spain. We put on a bet saying that if Spain loses, we will all throw him out of the balcony and into the swimming pool. Hahaha..

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Le Fei, Andrew and Ah Kai (looking so miserable =.=)

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

After 30 minutes into the match, Sharon could no longer stand it and gave up while the other 3 guys was still paying so much attention to the match.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

And while Sharon was sleeping, Kelly was really busy trying to get a nice cosy blanket for herself. Haha. Act caught on camera!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

And Le Fei.. I never seen this look on her before.

You can see that when people are deprived from their sleep, their facial expression changes. Haha..

The match was really not as exciting as we had expected. I don’t know what had gone wrong with the Germany players. Cursed?

Everyone started playing around with other stuffs.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Feet attack?

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Solar patches for the hair?

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Solar patches for sohai  the guys?

But soon, everyone was bored with it. The match was killing everyone.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Ah Kai couldn’t even stay up any longer.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

And Kelly decided to join Sharon in visiting their dreamland…

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

.. with a Lady Gaga pose. SEXAY~

After staying up for 2 hours in the morning, delaying our bedtime, Germany lost to Spain 1-0. How depressing!!!!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Our precious sleep, for our brains to rest and our brain cells to regenerate.. there were all gone..

We traded our eyes bags and dark circles for Germany but…

Sadness.

And worst of all, Kit Guan would have the chance to throw each and everyone of us into the pool!!!!

Putting the match a side, we had a really fun time together. It’s so nice to hanging out with all of you. =)

Don’t we look like one big family?

*Ah Kai was asleep at the corner of the living room when the photos was taken*
